Understanding the Job Descriptions and Desired Candidates Profiles.

Coordinating with Client`s HRs to get better understanding of the profile

Doing the various activities such as Job Postings, Mass Mailing, Referencing, Advance Search etc

to source required candidates and increase the reach

Calling the candidates for initial round of screening, displaying the job opportunities and counseling for the right suitable job opportunity

Guiding the candidates for the interview and making him conversant with the questions and answers which are expected from HR

Based in his current state of his CV

Ensure the joining and the retaining him for the tenure of 90 days to safe guard the revenues  

Doing the Business Development by acquiring new clients

Exploring new and creative ideas to take the business at next level

Desired Profile

Graduate/MBA/Non Graduate

Excellent Communications and Presentation Skills

Must be residing in Mumbai more than 1 year

Candidates recently shifted in Mumbai also may apply

Candidates with experience in “HR Recruitment Field” will be given preference

Candidates with Experience in “HR Recruitment field” with ambition of becoming entrepreneur
