Managing Team of Senior Hr recruiters ,supporting the entire team with infra structures and the required sources available for the team
Helping them to understand the Job Description and guiding them to source the Cvs by doing various online activities such as Job Postings, mass Mailing,Advance Searches, references etc
Managing Key Clients and develop business
Negotiating the cost of recruitment and finalizing deals
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate
MBA preferred
Excellent Communication,Presentation, Analytical Skills,
Must be from Mumbai, but candidates looking forward for relocation also may apply
Must have minimum 4 years of similar experience and must be currently working in same trade
Candidate must have excellent proven track record
Candidate having her own Client Data base with the confidence of contract will be given preference.
